We have set a BOLD goal to raise $23,000.00 during our BIG give campaign for Build-A-Bridge Community Pantry. What will that money be used for? There are several projects that we have a need for. One is for Holiday Meal Boxes that are distributed before Thanksgiving. The other is for the purchase of a new-to-us box truck.

This year, we'd like to be able to purchase 650 Holiday Meal Boxes to distribute to families all throughout our communities. Just imagine how much easier a great holiday meal makes the holiday season for these families who are struggling. Talk about showing the love of Jesus through a simple gesture!

Next, we are looking to expand our capacity to serve by purchasing a used box truck — and we need your help to make it happen!

Each week, we pick up food from 23 retail locations and 3 partner agencies, operating 5–6 days a week to keep our community pantry stocked. While our current truck works hard, it simply can’t keep up with the growing volume of food we’re blessed to receive. Multiple trips back and forth mean wasted time, extra fuel costs, and sometimes even missed opportunities to collect more food.

A second truck changes everything.
